6/16/2018

On June 16, 2018, Tom Menendez from Lewiston ME, won the Maine USATF Trail Championship held in Turner Maine in conjunction with the Leavitt Father's Day Five K trail run.  Tom's winning USATF  time over the trail was 25.08 run under 80 degree temperatures.  This also placed him 10th in the overall race and he was the first master age runner to complete the course.  This is the third year in a row the Championship was held in conjunction with the Leavitt Race.  Special thanks to Maine USATF MUT Chairman Dustin Williamson who coordinated the USATF participation.
