Open to all USATF Current and New Members.  You may register for a USATF Membership at the event.  (Youth -$15-at meet/$20-online, Adult - $30)

Field Events

Beginning at 11:00 AM

• Women's Weight Throw, followed by  Men's Weight  Throw, followed by the Women's Shot-put, then Men’s Shot Put 
• Women's Pole Vault, followed by the Men’s Pole Vault
• Men's High Jump, followed by the Women’s High Jump
• Long & Triple Jumps will be conducted as an Open Pit.

Pits open at 11:00 am and will close at 2:45 pm.

Shot Put / Weight Throws / LJ & TJ -4 attempts.

Running Events

Beginning at 11:30 AM

Women’s followed by Men’s (not on time schedule)

• 60 Meter High Hurdles Final (O) (M-39” / W-33”)
• 60 Meter Dash Final (All)
• Racewalk 800 (Y-12&u),1500 (Y-13-18),3k (O/M)
• 600 Meter Dash (All)
• 1500 Meter Run (All)
• 400 Meter Final On-Time (All)
• 4x200 Meter Club Relay (All)
• 3000 Meter Run (All)
• 1000 Meter Run (All)
• 200 Meter Dash (All)
• 4x400 Meter Club Relay (All)

*Note: Proper indoor shots will be provided for ages fourteen and under. All other age divisions must provide own approved indoor implements.

1/4" Pyramid - Pyramid Spikes ONLY (NO needles allowed).

Awards

Medals to Top 3, Ribbons for places 4th through 6th in each age divisions.

Age Divisions

All age divisions will be contested under USATF-designated age divisions.
